Subject: Tiger Portrait Dimensions (inches): 12 x 16 Medium: oil on canvas - original framed Description: I saw this incredibly handsome tiger while visiting my friend in Arizona. He just needed to have his portrait done. While painting him, I had the blues. Why? All the questions in my head: Would I ever get to see a tiger in the wild? How happy is this incredibly gorgeous animal in captivity? Will future generations of humans and other species be able to include tigers in the wild as fellow residents of the Earth? When will we learn to treasure such animals live instead of abusing them or hunting them for ridiculous 'products'? Many more questions exist, but I wouldn't impose them all on such a regal beast.
