Subject: Wolves Dimensions (inches): 16 x 20 Medium: water mixable oil on canvas Description: This little black wolf cub was trying so hard to keep up with the adults at the Triple D Ranch in Montana. Social interactions between wolves are complex and fascinating. Their intelligence and compassion are evident. Having owned 2 wolf dogs in my life, I can affirm that their companionship is kin to having a soul mate. They are so sensitive and devoted. Wolves continue to be so sorely persecuted, both by habitat loss and guns, for just trying to live their natural life. One must wonder if there is any future for this little black wolf cub or any wolves.
