Subject: Birds of Prey Dimensions (inches): 11 x 8 Medium: Pencil Description: My work as a crew boat operator takes me to many remote areas of the West Coast of B.C. where wind, tide, current and shore conditions can be unpredictable. I have an ever-present companion who watches over me as I travel and work in his domain. Sometimes he treats me to an awe-inspiring display of hunting or simply stretches his graceful wings to soar on a thermal. I'd like to pay tribute to my majestic companion through this portrait. This immature Bald Eagle will soon choose a mate and conquer the domain he was born to rule.
