Waiting - Australian Kelpie by Paula Wiegmink
  Waiting  (2013)
Subject: Australian Kelpie
Dimensions (centimeters): 91 x 91 x 3

Description: The Kelpie is an Australian sheep dog successful at mustering and droving. They are medium-sized dogs and come in a variety of colours. This is the same breed that was featured on the film Red Dog. On my way to a music concert in Denmark, South Western Australia I came across this Kelpie waiting ever so patiently in the back of his owners station wagon. I just couldn't help myself I had to take some photos of him. He sat there ever so calmly, head turned just slightly but keeping an eye on me to make sure I never came too close. I couldn't wait to paint him. Shipping costs vary according to the destination so will be determined on request.
