Subject: Loggerhead Turtle Dimensions (inches): 12 x 16 Medium: Oil on canvas on board Description: A loggerhead turtle had washed up onto the beach in the Outer Banks of NC. Discarded plastic garbage had become wound around the turtle's flippers causing it to drown.
This painting was accepted into the AFC's 2nd International Exhibit 'The Art of Conservation at the Hiram Blauvelt Art Museum, Oradell, NJ.
