-To uphold the wishes of Peter and Julanne to protect and conserve the property as a wildlife reserve

-Protect the biodiversity of Quinlans and educate the community about the unique plant and animal species found on the property
-Encourage environmental awareness through educational tours, workshops and interpretive displays
-Access to dormitory style accommodation for working parties and visitors
-Research facility for conservation groups
-Retreat for artists and hobby groups
-Establishment of a native fruit tree orchard and vegetable gardens
-Promote organic practices - no pesticides or insecticides will be used
-Effective waste management through composting and recycling

Australian Koala Foundation has been indicated by AFC members as a potential recipient of donations by participating artists. AFC's Art for Conservation^TM program, provides a forum to promote artwork that benefits recognized conservation organizations such as Australian Koala Foundation.

AFC members have voluntarily and independently earmarked a portion of the proceeds from the sale of their artwork to Australian Koala Foundation. AFC's Art for Conservation^TM program provides a forum to help promote artwork for sale that includes such a commitment. Each artists's commitment is contingent on the sale of their work and the above estimate is a potential total based on the completion of sale of any original work and/or limited editions. The AFC is not involved in any way with artwork sales transactions, nor does it make any guarantees relating to artist commitments. The AFC takes no commission whatsoever from the sale of artwork under the Art for Conservation^TM program, unless explicitly indicated.
