Harpy Eagle in Aviary at Summit Botanical Gardens
Sunday, December 4, 2005
Had the opportunity to get up close and personal with the pair of Harpy Eagles that are kept in the Aviary at Summit, near Soberania National Park, for educational purposes.  This bird, a 40-year old female, is a wonderful example of the beauty and power of these raptors.
