8/15/2010 - AFC President, Jeff Whiting is attending the Buckhorn Fine Art Festival, near Peterborough, Ontario, to talk to visitors about AFC programs and promote the group's mission of supporting the environment through nature-inspired art. He is scheduled to give two lectures. Also exhibiting at the event are no less than 15 AFC members, including Robert Bateman and Michael Dumas - featured in a dramatic Canadian Masters Exhibit- and Kelly Dodge who is giving a lecture about her recent AFC Flag Expedition to the Galapagos. |

8/11/2010 - FIRST EVER WILDLIFE ARTIST TO EXHIBIT IN THE SULTANATE OF OMAN
Julie Askew has been officially invited to exhibit at the stylish Bait Muzna Gallery, Muscat. This will be the first time wildlife art has ever been seen in the country of Oman.
Already having completed four paintings for the Royal Palace, Julie now has the unique honour of introducing paintings of Oman Wildlife to the public.
The Exhibition will be held at the prestigious Bait Muzna Gallery in Muscat, in December 2010.
